About This Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support daily HVAC office operations through administrative task management and departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations for retail store functions
- Manage inventory, purchase orders, and shipment tracking
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Process payroll, manage employee scheduling, and track timekeeping
- Maintain sales reports, financial records, and store documentation
- Assist with new employee onboarding, training, and paperwork
- Coordinate store meetings, vendor communication, and correspondence
- Enforce policy and regulatory compliance
- Support marketing efforts including promotions and social media
- Provide administrative support to store leadership
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- Office administration, retail management, or customer service experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Multitasking capability in fast-paced environments
- Retail operations and inventory management knowledge preferred
