About This Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support daily HVAC office operations through administrative task management and departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations for retail store functions
  • Manage inventory, purchase orders, and shipment tracking
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Process payroll, manage employee scheduling, and track timekeeping
  • Maintain sales reports, financial records, and store documentation
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, training, and paperwork
  • Coordinate store meetings, vendor communication, and correspondence
  • Enforce policy and regulatory compliance
  • Support marketing efforts including promotions and social media
  • Provide administrative support to store leadership

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum
  • Office administration, retail management, or customer service experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Multitasking capability in fast-paced environments
  • Retail operations and inventory management knowledge preferred
