Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosis & Repair: Perform system diagnostics, identify issues, and implement repairs or replacements efficiently and accurately
- Maintenance Services: Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC components
- Installation Support: Assist senior technicians with new system installations, equipment handling, ductwork, and electrical connections
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with business owners and facility managers; explain findings and provide recommendations
- Documentation: Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and inventory logs
- Safety Compliance: Follow company, OSHA, and manufacturer safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year HVAC experience (installing, maintaining, or servicing light commercial systems)
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to provide and operate personal power tools
- Wear PPE as required
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied conditions
- Complete assigned tasks within standard timeframes with quality workmanship
