About This Role
Frank’s AC seeks an enthusiastic and results-driven sales professional with HVAC experience to conduct home consultations and close residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-home assessments of A/C, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Generate leads through referrals and networking; present products compellingly
- Maintain current product knowledge on energy-efficient systems and technologies
- Build customer relationships and address concerns professionally
- Prepare detailed proposals with pricing, financing, and specifications
- Manage documentation including permits, inspections, and notices
- Secure contracts and coordinate installation logistics
- Provide post-sale support and maintenance guidance
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in HVAC is a must
- Strong air conditioning system knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfort with in-home consultations
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass drug test
Preferred Qualifications
- CRM software familiarity
- HVAC installation/maintenance technical knowledge
