About This Role
Frank’s AC seeks dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced personnel for an HVAC technician role emphasizing long-term employment and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosis and Repair: Assess HVAC systems, identify issues, recommend repairs/replacements, and restore functionality
- Maintenance Services: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and component adjustments for optimal performance
- Installation Support: Assist with new HVAC system installation under senior technician guidance
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional service explanations and address inquiries promptly
- Documentation: Maintain accurate work orders and service records
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Requirements
- 1 year minimum technician experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR report
- Must pass background check
- Ability to own and use power tools
- Wear company-approved personal protective equipment
- Work in construction environments (heat/cold, wet/humid conditions)
- Complete assigned tasks within company timeframe
