Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic assessments of HVAC systems, identify issues, and execute repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components
- Assist with new system installations under senior technician guidance
- Provide professional customer interaction — explain findings and address inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including work orders and service reports
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Requirements
- 1 year technician experience minimum
- Valid driver’s license with clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Power tool operation capability
- Must wear company-approved PPE per OSHA regulations
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
- Task completion within company timeframes
