About This Role
We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee our HVAC Service department, leading technician teams and ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service department through hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating technicians
- Ensure exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide technical guidance to technicians and assist with complex service calls
- Monitor service metrics, conduct inspections, and ensure safety compliance
- Drive profitability and generate sales leads for maintenance agreements
- Maintain effective communication with customers, technicians, vendors, and management
- Plan, schedule, and oversee HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC installation and management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
