Full-Time St. Cloud, FL Up to $5,000 Signing Bonus
About This Role
We’re seeking skilled HVAC Retail Installers to join our installation team. This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Up to $5,000 signing bonus offered!
Key Responsibilities
- Install ductwork (supply and return ducts) with proper sizing and sealing
- Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and piping per specifications
- Mount and secure HVAC equipment including heat pumps, furnaces, and condensing units
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on construction sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes
Requirements
- Minimum one year HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to use power tools effectively
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Ability to safely lift objects over 50 pounds; climbing, standing, kneeling capacity
- Wear required personal protective equipment per OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Blueprint and schematic interpretation skills
- Basic electrical and plumbing systems understanding
