About This Role
We’re seeking an experienced Install Supervisor to oversee our HVAC installation teams. This position merges technical expertise with management responsibilities to ensure systems are installed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate installation teams, delivering training and performance reviews
- Manage residential HVAC installations with quality and code compliance focus
- Plan, schedule projects, coordinate materials, and manage inventory
- Work with departments and subcontractors; resolve delivery issues
- Conduct site inspections, obtain permits, and adhere to safety guidelines
- Maintain detailed records and communicate with clients on concerns and schedules
Requirements
- 5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of safety regulations and building codes
- Ability to interpret technical documents
- Strong organizational skills and diagnostic tool proficiency
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Physical stamina and proactive approach
- Outstanding customer service and critical thinking abilities
- Must pass background and drug screening
