About This Role

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee our daily administrative operations and ensure efficiency and smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop administrative staff through recruitment, training, and evaluation
  • Implement and enhance administrative systems, processes, and procedures
  • Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Monitor costs and assist with budget preparation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external vendors
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and deadline management
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years administrative experience with managerial background preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with office administration software
  • Problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Must pass drug test
