About This Role
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee our daily administrative operations and ensure efficiency and smooth workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop administrative staff through recruitment, training, and evaluation
- Implement and enhance administrative systems, processes, and procedures
- Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Monitor costs and assist with budget preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Facilitate communication between departments and external vendors
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and deadline management
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years administrative experience with managerial background preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with office administration software
- Problem-solving and time management abilities
- Must pass drug test
