HVAC Outbound Sales Representative
Full-Time St. Cloud, FL Base + Uncapped Commission
About This Role
We’re looking for a driven HVAC Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling of HVAC products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and appointments
- Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC maintenance plans and upgrades
- Educate customers on memberships, indoor air quality, and cost-saving solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and financing options
- Follow up on leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and business owners
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer interaction records in CRM software
- Coordinate with installation and service teams
- Stay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and local market conditions
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years outbound sales experience (in-home, B2C, or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HVAC, construction, home services, or mechanical sales experience
- Experience with financing options and ROI-based solutions
- Comfort in commission-driven environments
