Frank's AC was founded in 1990 by Frank and Denise Fusco with a simple goal: provide honest, dependable HVAC service to the St. Cloud community. In 2004, Dean and Karen Bullock partnered with the business and now own and operate it, carrying forward the same values that Frank built the company on.
Today, Frank's AC is a true family affair. Dean and Karen's daughters — Tiffany Bullock Deaton and Tanya Bullock Davis — work in the office, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the personal care and attention that has defined us for over 36 years.
